Your numbers
The work of a financial analyst, for a tour business: what each trip costs you, what to charge for a seat, and how the year is going.

Prices from your real costs.
Add what a trip costs you, and you get a price per seat worked out from those costs. You set the final price.
- What each trip costs you, and the overheads of your business
- A price per seat that changes as you change a cost or the size of the group
- A monthly revenue view, and five-year projections from your own trips and costs
Ask your numbers
Ask a question about your own business, such as which trip earned the most in August, and you get the answer as a chart or a table, from your own data. If an AI agent suggests a change, nothing changes until you confirm it.
Payments, booking by booking
For every booking you see what was paid, the card fees, what you keep and any refund. Deposits and balances are tracked, and payment reminders send themselves.

Questions
Do I need to know accounting?
No. You add what you pay for things, and minhOS does the arithmetic. You see the price per seat it comes to.
Can it price a trip I haven't run yet?
Yes. Add what the trip will cost you and the seats, and you get a price per seat before anyone books.
Does it connect to myDATA?
Not yet. The Greek tax stack is next. Card payments run through Stripe today.
