Website audit requests

When you ask us to audit your website on minhos.ai, we collect the website address, your email address, your language and the page you asked from. We also keep a one-way code made from your IP address and browser, which cannot be turned back into either; we use it only to stop repeated requests and delete it after 30 days. We use the rest to look at your website, build a demo of your trips on minhOS and email it to you. The lawful basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. We keep your request for 30 days if we decline it, 90 days if nobody acts on it, and 12 months after we send you the demo; then your email address is deleted. The demo itself is taken down after 60 days. To withdraw your consent, or to have your request or demo deleted sooner, write to [email protected].
